A Silver Bug original. A very beautiful piece. A beautiful natural large oval dendritic quartz cabochon loaded with fern-like dendrites and wonderful pastel orange hues set in sterling silver. This agate variety is termed “dendritic” due to its internal collection of dendrites. Dendrites are fern-like inclusions of iron, manganese, or other metallic oxides that create bold patterns within the gem. It’s an open back design because the stone is polished and finished on the reverse. Beautiful and unique.
