This is not like most settings where little tabs are bent down or screws tighten the setting and eventually break. This setting is a solid and gorgeous lifetime setting with a back. It comes with a solid sterling silver USA made easy open hinged clip key ring attached by a beautiful length of heavy Italian curb chain. This is all silver and meant to last. Our key rings are slowly made by hand and unique.
